Course Mission:

This program is specifically designed to teach you how to better manage your mind and emotions through mindful meditation and cognitive-behavioral techniques (CBT). We teach you how to meditate by breaking it down into simple and easy exercises that quickly builds competency, confidence, and results. We take away the mystery and misconceptions about meditation and makes it practical and truly helpful. Also, learning simple CBT provides useful tools to help minimize negative thinking and improves mood regulation.

Who’s it for

There is vast evidence that meditation can be an amazing helpful tool for all ages. However, Meod Meditation’s curriculum is separated into two general age groups. It is tailored for different age groups because the emotional and developmental needs for late teens/young adults are different than those compared to older adults.

In-Person Guided Mindful Meditation and Cognitive – Behavioral Techniques:

Learning to meditate requires some work and practice, but progress can be made quickly and relatively easily. The skills to lower your anxiety and significantly reducing obsessional and negative thinking builds confidence and a sense of empowerment that is unmatched.
