8 Classes, approximately 1 hour to 1:15 minutes long.
Beginning of each month, Two sessions per week:
Monday and Thursday evenings

Specific meditations will be practiced in class. All participants will be able to access online the course meditations from an assigned drop box.

The only homework is to practice and track your Mindful Meditations every day; even for 5 minutes. Much of the class culture, support, and discussion is based on feedback and progress stemming from daily practice.
30 meditations in 30 days: requires commitment, effort, a little faith, but benefits are clear!
60 meditations in 60 days: confidence and competency noticeably go up, while anxiety going way down!
90 meditations in 90 days: transformational growth, empowerment, and old ways are gone!
Pricing
The course is $580
Paid in full prior to the start date.
There are no
make-up classes.
If after the first class you are not satisfied with the program or unable to attend for other reasons, you will be refunded $500.
